These are some of our past 2007 bike rides and a list of future, scheduled rides. Join us on Monday evenings for great exercise, fresh air and spectacular scenery.
Monday, Sept. 17thFlying J Ranch (Conifer, CO) Meet at the main parking lot off Hwy 73 (turn west under the Flying J Ranch sign and go up the hill about ½ mile) at 5:45 and be ready to ride at 6PM. This trail has one main loop with a short spur that runs to the south parking lot. It’s a moderately easy trial, but it has several fun rock areas and stream crossings. This is a good ride for all abilities. The more advanced riders can do two loops, one clockwise, one counterclockwise.

Monday, Sept. 24thLair o’ the Bear to Pence Park (Idledale, CO)
Meet at the Lair o' the Bear Open Space parking lot on Hwy 74 (Bear Creek Canyon above Morrison) at 5:15PM and be ready to ride by 5:30PM. This will be a split ride. The novice group will do loops on the lower Bear Creek Trail, going by the restored castle and along Bear Creek to Corwina Park. The more advanced group will make the hill climb up to Pence Park. The climb is moderately difficult with several very technical rock obstacles (walking is advised).

Monday, Oct. 1stGreen Mountain Trail (Lakewood, CO)  Meet at the Rooney road parking lot on the west side of the hill at 5:30PM and be ready to ride by 5:45PM.  The novice and intermediate group will do the lower trail on the west, south and east area stopping at the Hayden parking lot on the east side.  They'll return back the way they came.  The more advanced group will take the higher trail and travel to the top of the mountain.  This group will circle the top, returning to the parking lot via the north trail group.
Monday, Oct. 8th

 South Valley Trail (Ken Caryl Ranch, CO)  Meet at the north parking area off South Valley Road at 5:30PM and be ready to ride at 5:45PM.  We'll do Coyote Song trail, Grazing Elk and portions of the Carolyn Johnson trail.

 

 Oct 12, 2007  We have completed our scheduled rides for the 2007 season.  Some Saturday or Sunday rides will be scheduled as trail conditions and available sunlight allow.  Look for an email with specific ride details
